COMPANY PROFILE

Gilland Electronics was founded in September of 1990, as Gilland Marketing,
a traditional manufacturer's sales representation firm in Northern California.

In January of 1999, we changed our name to The Gilland Group to reflect our increased
involvement in strategic distribution partnerships with our international vendors, and in January of 2001,
we adopted the name Gilland Electronics.  Company ownership has remained the same since September 1990.

Through the extensive implementation of leading-edge computer and communications technology, we have expanded into a
worldwide sales organization.  Our vendor base is composed of both US domestic and international manufacturers.

As a non-stocking master distributor, we serve both US domestic and international customers.
This business paradigm allows our customers to receive international factory-direct shipments from
multiple vendors through a single US contact location, resulting in lower costs and reduced vendor management.

As an importer, we provide our customers with complete door-to-door freight and Customs logistics support.

Throughout our existence, we have sought to provide our customers with the finest products available,
from reputable vendors, with excellent price values and superb customer service.

We are listed with the US government Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and D&B.
